1. Who we are

The service “weeds.studio” (including apps, dashboards, software and APIs) is operated by Emprezaa Agency, an unincorporated business operated by Antonio Lacruz, under the commercial brand “Weeds Studio” (“Weeds Studio”, “we”, “our”).

2. Scope

Weeds Studio is only a digital platform that operates a virtual loyalty and reward program denominated in Buds.
We do not sell or distribute any regulated substance.
Certain independent “Locations” (partners) who use Weeds Studio may operate regulated businesses. Those Locations are independent third parties, and they are fully and exclusively responsible for their own legal compliance.

3. Minimum Age

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Weeds Studio.

4. Account Registration (Users)

Users provide:

  • location (city / country level)
  • contact details (email, phone or login)

Weeds Studio stores this only to:

  • create / recover an account
  • operate the Buds balance ledger
  • run anti-fraud checks

5. Buds: definition

“Buds” are not money.
They are a digital reward point used inside our ecosystem.

Users may:

  • receive Buds from partner Locations
  • top-up Buds at partner Locations
  • exchange Buds for event tickets or collectibles made available by Locations

6. Buds Redeemable Value for Partners

Partners/Locations may request a conversion of Buds into EUR.

Conversion rate:
100 Buds = 1 EUR

Buds are loyalty points with no independent monetary value. Any EUR transfers executed by Weeds Studio to Partners represent a settlement of loyalty obligations arising from the Partner’s participation in the loyalty program, not a payment service offered to the User or the Partner.

Weeds Studio tracks this in the partner ledger. To redeem Buds, Locations must provide a valid banking account. Transfers are processed by Weeds Studio or by a designated financial operator.

7. Partners/Locations – Obligations

Partners must be operating legally for their jurisdiction(s).
Partners must provide:

  • legal registration information
  • legal representative
  • contact details
  • business operating hours
  • place description
  • pictures

If a Partner deals with any controlled product (e.g. cannabis) the Partner is solely responsible for:

  • its own licenses
  • its own age verification
  • its own compliance with all local laws & rules

Weeds Studio is not a cannabis seller. We are a software.

8. Data

We do not sell personal data.
We store minimal data strictly necessary to operate the service.
We track account activity only for Buds movement & security.

9. Suspension

We can suspend or terminate any User or Partner account in cases of:

  • fraud or suspected fraud
  • illegal activity
  • violation of these Terms

10. Liability

Weeds Studio provides the platform “as is”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weeds Studio is not liable for:

  • partner product quality
  • partner product legality
  • any health or safety risk from partner products
  • any government enforcement against partner activities

Partners are independent. Users contract with Partners directly.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
If we do, we publish the new version on weeds.studio/legal.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
The courts of Barcelona, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
